Introduction to the verb articuler
The English translation of the French verb articuler is “to articulate” or “to pronounce clearly.” The infinitive form is pronounced “ahr-tee-kyuh-leh.”
The verb articuler comes from the Latin word articulare, meaning “to divide into joints.” In French, it is most often used to describe the action of clearly pronouncing words or phrases.
